Quality product, but....
Date:June 3, 2013
I bought 2, one Mars red/orange and one black (more colors would be nice) for me and my wife's mini Ipad, and while both are well made and of expected Logitech quality, I have 3 quibbles. First, the black material, while being admirably non-slip, is extremely receptive to oily finger prints and difficult to clean. Second, the white liner material needs to be a darker color (black?) to mask handling by less than sterile hands over time. And Third, the sleep/wake magnets seem to not be properly placed or lack the broad coverage to do their assigned job. With slight movement of the cover while handling the unit the mini Ipad cycles on and off depleting the battery... contrary to the purpose of the magnets. Other brand covers have this malady also; so perhaps this isn't curable on a "soft" cover, but it necessitates turning off the feature. Fundamentally the product is of superior quality materials, and the rubberish frame which holds the Ipad is both secure and extremely protective. The molded in switch extensions for volume, on/off, etc. are an outstanding plus and almost deserve 5 stars for that feature alone. Overall a fine product, but it could easily evolve to greatness.
