I think I'm an expert on this product since I've been using it for.... I don't even remember how long ... must be 4 or 5 years. It's range and performance have been great from the first day and are still great. It's definitely a great piece of equipment!!!

I have 2 of these that I use for HTPCs. They have an excellent range (I've used the mouse up to 25' away with no problem - only tested the keyboard at about 18' and it worked fine). The option for ps2 or usb is a very good feature for an HTPC because you can set them up for ps2, disable the mouse wakeup in bios, and not have the mouse waking up the system accidentally. Had one for over a year, the other just a few months, but they have been very reliable. Battery life was good for the first set (lasted about 6mos), but I use rechargeables so it's not as important now. I use a Wave for my main PC since I like ergonomic keyboards, but for what I need this board is comfortable.

The mouse I've never had a problem with, but the keyboard constantly fails. No matter what I try the sensor fails to pick up the keyboard. I'm stuck yping on this onscreen keyboard until I can get a hold of a working keyoard.

If you a using a KVM switch with this keyboard you will find that it is lacking the scroll/lock key. Most KVM switches depend on the scroll lock key. If you use a KVM switch stay away from this keyboard.

Studying for the bar exam and in mid-sentence in the keyboard stopped working. I thought it might be the batteries, so I replaced them. After trying to reconnect for about 10 minutes I gave up. Read all sorts of helpful hints on the internet of people who had very similar problem and nothing worked. Mouse still works perfectly fine. I've owned this keyboard for less than six months. Very disappointed that I essentially flushed $40.00 down the drain. Besides the keyboard not working (which is a huge deal) the remainder of the features on the keyboard are useful, but nothing spectacular.

I've owned this for what must be 2 years now, I replaced my manufacturer's supplied wireless set with this one as I was eating through batteries like candy. The original K/B also would 'skip a beat' and I'm a fast typist, so this really became infuriating. At the time I purchased this set, I also purchased a kit for rechargeable batteries, I'm thrilled to say that I've probably had to switch the batteries in the mouse perhaps 4-5 times since purchase and just today, I had to switch the K/B batteries for only the 2nd time and I use this setup (home office) at minimum 60-70 hrs/week, exceptional in my opinion.

Thought so until I discovered there is no switch to switch off the mouse and keyboard. Might well turn out to be most expensive due to replacement batteries.
Any one found a way of turning off the keyboard and mouse without taking out the batteries. Please share your experience

This is at the bottom end of the price range for cordless keyboards. I've used mine at work for over a year. Spilled coffee and water on it several times. Once, a whole glass of water. It worked squirrelly for a day, the next day it was fine.
I never have to reconnect it to the base.

Purchased the EX110 and installed software. Wanted to continue to use my Track Ball wheel mouse and not the wireless mouse that came with the keyboard. Every time I boot the computer I have to uninstall the wireless mouse in the Device Manager. Cannot have both mouses installed and expect super performance of the Trackball. Just won't do!!!!

My only complaint is that the instructions don't say anything about how far away from the computer you can use this product or how long the batteries should last, other than that this is a GREAT product!

The EX-110 mouse and keyboard work perfectly with my el-cheapo Fry's MX-3203 laptop running Windows XP Home. Range is reliably more than 12 feet from my entertainment center with 52 inch LCD HDTV, even though the receiver is located right under the TV. The mouse and keyboard have a nice feel with no jerkiness or stuttering. Great products!
