I bought these when they started making them because I had space restrictions on one computer surface and never looked back. I now have one for every computer in the house and office. The thumb trackball is so much easier than normal trackball. Couldn't be happier with precision, design, or reliability. I even converted my wife to using them!

The wheel and the left and right buttons work well but the reason I purchased the mouse was for the rollerball function and I am disappointed. It is to slow and pops up when I am moving up screen and wil sometimes leave the pointer at the bottom of the screen after I have (painstakingly) been advancing on my objective and I will have to start over again. Rather than speed my mouse use it slows me down.

When I first started getting pain in my hands from using a mouse, someone recomended the trackball. I switched over and the pain was gone. When you first start using the trackball you will hate it but after about a week of steady use, you will not be able to go back to a regular mouse.
