I use this headset with MagicJack catches background noise when I used the analog plugs. Using the USB option fixed the problem, but it was still annoying to know that I can't use the analog. Noise-Canceling doesn't seem to work well.
The headset is very light and comfortable. Has long cord which is nice.

ok, here it goes. I`ve purchased this headset cause my mates in my team has bin complaining about my old mic picking up too much background noise and stuff like that.
And i use skype for hours almost everyday. So now things have changed, they can now hear me very clearly.
I would definetly recommend these ones to friends of mine. A perfect buy. It has all the features that i need.

Using Skype, this headset kept making noise when I used the analog plugs, even when I kept perfectly still. Using the USB option fixed the problem, but it was still annoying to know that I can't use the analog

I use with SKYPE, RealVNC to remote control a FLEX 5000A HF tranceiver. This mic compares well with my studio quality mics and audio chains at home - flipping amazing !!!!
I don't like to behind the head goofy pinch my ears stuff but the quality is so good, who cares.

I've been using these for over a year with my Mac Pro tower and have been very happy with them. They are very comfortable due to the fact that they have a wide range of adjustment and weigh very little. I also like the fact that the band goes behind your neck and avoids putting any pressure on the top of your head -- even very light pressure on the top of my head over time gets annoying.
Both inbound and outbound sound quality is great. I have absolutely no complaints in this area.
This headset also folds up into a compact package, although I'd be more inclined to go with an even more compact earbud-style headset if I needed to transport them often.
My only criticism of this headset would be that it feels a tad flimsy. They haven't broken yet, so maybe this is a false impression on my part and is really just a side-effect of their light weight and adjustability.

I bought it because is Logitech and their webcams are simply the best in the market. It looks like the perfect match for my ASUS Netbook. Windows failed to istalled it and only the headphone work sometimes, replaced it two days later for another one with same results. Was going to try a third time when I saw someone else getting his money back.
The model 350 works perfectly but is not foldable and it does not have a travel case. Guess I will have to wait for its replacement.

I recently bought the notebook headphones to use on Skype. I would plug them in and the computer would recognize the new hardware and say it was ready to use. However about 30 seconds later Microsoft would have a popup message saying new hardware detected and recommended that I either install the software or have Microsoft attempt to find it, of course there is no software with this product and Microsoft can't find any programs to complete the installation so the headphones don't work. I'm running Microsoft XP and don't believe that I need to install any software. If I'm doing something wrong trying to use the headphones please let me know. (I've also tried cancelling Microsofts search for software but the headphones still don't work).

This headset worked great as soon as I plugged it in. I tried both the analog and the USB set-up and it worked immediately after my computer recognized the product and finished installing it.

It looked like a decent headset but from the minute I started using it I knew something was wrong. When I plugged it in using the analog jacks only the headphones worked and only when I plugged it in using the USB adapter did the microphone work - IF I SCREAMED INTO IT!
After a couple days the mike started shorting and cutting out on calls and eventually became dysfunctional.
The idea behind this concept is great, it just doesn't work in practice.

When fist got this headset it was OK. After using it for about a week the two earphones on the side got very loose. The headset will fall of if the screws are loose, so I had to open it up and tighten it with a screw driver. I should not have to do this for a headset. If a headset is good and they want you to tighten it they should just but some thumb screws on the outside of it! Also after a month the things mic gave out and I had to go return it and get a new one. That is why I say "Don't Buy This!"

I purchased this headset for it's USB features and travel abilities. I found that the headset works wonderfully and is very comfortable. Then the mic started cutting out, at first I didn't notice, it only happened once in a while, then after a month or 2 it was noticeable. The wiring inside of the microphone went out. I intend to get it replaced, and I hope I don't have the same issues again.

Had these for almost two years and like them but have had troubles from nearly the beginning. Volume/mute control is noisy and have to fiddle with it to get appropriate stereo sound. Wires on plugs are about to break off. Pins holding the folding hinge keep backing out. Piece of plastic covering wires has fallen off. Still, have great sound (headphones and mic), and are fantastic for travel (fold almost completely flat. Too bad they tend to fall apart. Recommended with reservations.

I have an international client base, so good audio quality and comfort when making long calls on the move are very important, especially when over VOIP connections.
The logitech headset appealed principally because of the headset design and evident build quality.
In use, I have been extremely satisfied:
- The headset is light and comfortable to wear for long periods (I often keep it on all day to listen to music as I work).
- The boom mike is designed and works well - easy and smooth to move.
- The sound quality - especially on Skype calls - is incredibly good. My clients are astonished when I tell them that I am calling via my laptop!

I use this headset for Skype and Magic Jack. They work great and the sound quality is excellent. They have a volume control on the cord which works well. Being behind the neck is comfortable. I have had great success with mine. Wanted to try the wireless ones but too many negative reviews. Nice that they are adjustable and come with a case.

I have purchased four of these headsets and each one of them has had shorts in the plugs and wiring. They start off great but then the problems come rolling in from speakers not working to mics cuttting out. I can see why they no longer sell this product.

I live on campus and also drive home about 1.5 hours every week and I needed a headset that could be well cared for while being a great performer. The Logitech Premium Notebook Headset is just that. The "street style" loop is comfortable for hours of chatting in Ventrilo with my team as well as taking Skype calls from my overseas family. The nice part is that a USB connector is included in the case that audio ports are not easily reachable on a machine or if you need to plug up to a Mac (I personally just use the standard jacks).
The thing that makes this package sweet is the plastic hard case. I can box up the headset throw it into an overnight bag and not worry about breaking the headband or pulling a wire that could damage the headset. Knowing that my headset is protected from any possible damage is great as I can drag the headset to LAN games, overnight gaming sessions with friends, or my dorm and then back home.
For the gamer that likes to travel but doesn't want to worry about breaking headphones just because their bag got jostled the wrong way and damaged their headphones... I'd recommend this cause the price is right.
