i got this with my new hp computer and i love it. its 5.1 sound and they get loud. the matrix feature is great for only 2 channel sounds it makes everything louder. and also the bass can get very loud if toy like that. overall its great buy it if you can.

the quality of the sound is nice,but the subwoofer is a shame the sound of the BASS looses in the air when high powered.so this is logitech i have a g25 racing wheel and i am so happy with it,but the speakers are not so good for loud listening:) but they are worth the money

Great Speaker System, highly recommend to pay some extra Money and get the X-540 instead of X-530, difference is only the control but it is much more fun!
attention the cables are not long enough to had speakers in perfect distance, I had to buy extra cable.

I have had these for about 4 years and they are just GREAT!! I have had no problems with them what so ever....I use them mainly for music and the BASS is just great it can reach those low tones and the speakers are of really really good quality, i live in an apartment and the feature of having a bass adjustment is just wonderful!! I also game A LOT and when i really get into the mood and want some real good high quality sound i can count on my Logitech sound system to do the job.Oh and don't get me started on movies, the matrix feature does help out when i want that sorround sound but i recently just changed the way i setup everything but for the price i got them this definately is a BANG FOR YOUR BUCK!!!!

I had mine for 1 year. I use them daily. Then the speakers started to distorting all of a sudden (two desktop). Luckily, they are still under warranty!

I have had this product for at least 8 months now, and I just have to say that they are amazing. With my soundblaster soundcard, everything just sounds crisp and clean. My only problemn is that the cords for each of the speakers could be longer, but that isn't too much to gripe about. Logitech has always made good products, and you cannot go wrong with this one.

When I first planned on getting these speakers I was aware that it came with the sub-woofer but I never knew it pretty much blasted it the floor! I never thought I would hear such great bass. What makes it so handy as well is that you can easily adjust the bass with the knob so it's not up too high at night times.
The only thing I would change about this product is that it came with wall mounts or something so it can be wall mounted straight out of the box.

When I bought this, I had no idea it was going to be this great. I now use this speaker system for home presentations. It really brings the sound it to the room. There are nothing I have against this prouduct, although the speaker wires could be longer.

The speakers are awesome!!!!!!! I have had them for about a month and i have had no issues. I listen to mostly rap with tons of heavy bass and when i turn the base booster up it shakes my house!!!! These are possibly the best speakers out there....and they only cost 100 dollars which makes them that much better. I HIGHLY recommend this system to anyone who wants a mazing sound quality without the steep price tag.

I purchased this product to get more boom out of my laptop (euphemism), & to use for gaming (360). I really like the fact that your able to easily attach the center speaker to a flat-panel. The rear wires are a bit short depending on how you tend to setup your room (you may need to get extensions). I use the virtual mode to connect my laptop & 360 (you will need a 3.5mm splitter if you wish to not have to manually change the wires every time you fire one or the other up).
All-in-all what I use this product for it gets 5 stars for under a buck (100$) you'd be hard pressed finding anything better. In the under a buck range your looking at extremely cheap HTiB which don't even have any AUX inputs. Sure as heck won't be SP/DIF or even RCA. Long story short if your looking for a new sound system for <100$ this really is the ''only'' real option. I only need to bring the volume to around a 1/3 then I'm happy. YMMV. Don't let the wattage fool you, many people think more= better. It's not that simple.
For someone starting out & wanting to enjoy 5.1 for under a buck you can't go wrong.

I am using this system in a standard apartment bedroom currently. The fact that the entire room gets filled with the amazing quality sound these speakers put out, not to mention the base, just amazes me everyday. The part that truly amazes me however is that I can just turn up the volume and go into the kitchen and still get the same quality (just doesn't fill the room the same).
This is an amazing system for only $100, to think I got it as a gift!!
I pump the volume up constantly, and I've owned it for almost 2 years now. There has been no noticeable deterioration in quality of sound that I can tell, and I've never needed to take it to max power (I mean it literally fills my apartment at 70%, you can even hear it by my car outside)

I'm a high end stereo nut, so good sound at what is a bargain price is great. Very clever, flexible stands make these speakers easy to place around my computer table. Probably the best computer speakers I've owned to date, and I've owned so many I've lost count.

very good quality speakers, crisp sound, the matrix mode dosent really do anything it just confuses the computer, when soyund card and computer match these work very very well, left-rear speaker develpoed this high pitched ringy/sqeakky thing about a year in but hey its fine

I bought this system online and shopped around online for a few weeks. I have other logitech ipod speakers which are great so i decided to go with these. For the price they are amazing. The only problem i've ever found is that even though it has a volume control it goes from very soft to very loud and doesn't have a good medium volume.

I purchased these speakers for my fiance and he absolutely loves them. He is quite the gamer and loves what these speakers do for him. I believe the perfect example would be what he said while playing World of Warcraft. After mounting on his character's horse, he said that the hoof beats sounded as if the horse was in his room. He actually exclaimed, "It sounds like the horse is running through my room! If I weren't playing the game I might believe that a horse was actually running down my hall way!! I'm blown away." (*chuckle*) These speakers are definitely a great buy for gaming, music, and movies.
