After reciving this product today I had high expectations of what to expect as I thought the pictures looked great. The backpack reminded me of the alienware rucksacks so I hoped this would prove to be good.
When I opened it up I was suprised to see that it looked even better then I had expected and was also light considering the protection that it offers. This it one of the best buys I have made for my laptop and I would recommend tghis to anyone who is looking for something that is expertly designed with tons of features.
Also with a 5 year limited warranty! Although I doubt it would break in 5 years if you used it everyday its built like a tank :D

I've owned this backpack for over a year and it has seen some VERY hard use. I work for a hosting company and have to hit several data centers. I am on the go constantly.
The product will hold an amazing amount of gear, the volume is deceptive. And while the outside has become dinged and marred from the hard use nothing inside has ever been damaged.
I have nothing bad to say about this product! BUY IT!

I highly recomend this backpack. It provides safety for laptops at the highest level. It's quality is one of the best i have seen, but it lacks certain features such as waterproof covering. Inspite that i am using it for over 6 months and i am very pleased with it. It also fits my 17'' laptop inside perfectly.

Just a few days I've got this backpack and can say that this is one of the best cases for last 10 years: usefull, stylish, enough volume and space for all stuff...
Laptop LCD and not only.. - protected perfectly...
Ideal number and location of pockets..
Decided to get those ones for my kids as school backpacks...
Just one note to manufacturer: some like to wear backpacks on one shoulder only (like I do) and when carrying it on left side, small pocket for mobile or media device on right bracket is not accessible.. Plus, mostly all headsets for mobiles or MP3 players have shorter left earpiece, thus more suitable to have pocket on left side or better if on both...
