Unlike a few others I get GREAT BATTERY LIFE. More than a year on a single AA battery and I perennially forget to turn it off! Other mice I have only give me 3 or 4 months and use 2 AAA cells, which are more expensive. I bought two almost two years ago and just bought 2 more (for myself and someone else). They just work! Truly Plug and Play.

I have used other wireless mice but this one takes the cake. It was easy to set up and install. It is very easy to use, and light weight. I have arthitis in my hands, wrists and fingers and this mouse is fantantic for it due to shape, size and contour. You will not be unhappy with this mouse for your laptop.

Battery life is horrible!!! everything else works great and east... I have gone through countless amounts of battery lately. In the beginning, it was great, lasted for quite some time... in the last 2 weeks, I have gone through 4 batteries - Duracell, not some cheap ones either.
I would spend a little more and get a mouse that doesn't require so many batteries...unless you have a rechargeable battery!!

I have had this mouse 5 months and have gone through 12 batteries, and that is with me turning it off when not in use.
And now when I click on something it is starting to double click which is very frustrating and a little time consuming.
I think if I pay nearly $30 for a computer mouse it should last more than 5 months. I know it's not the mouse but the brand because this is the 3 Logitech mouse I've had to replace in 2 years.

Its easy to use. Just pop in the usb and its on.
I also thought they way you put the usb back on the mouse it automatically turns the switch to off which is cool.It also works on every surface my couch, my bed, my desk. Good mouse for the money.

My experience with this mouse has been really great AND really BAD. The BAD: my first and biggest complaint is that the USB stick came apart in my hands in the forst week just taking it out of the USB port on my computer - so- that part is made very cheaply. I had a Microsoft mouse for a couple of years and that never happened. Second, the sides of the LogiTech mouse are this soft, cushy grey plastic that feels tacky and that every little piece of grit or dust or lint sticks to. I find myself CONSTANTLY trying to get the tiniest bits of grit out of the grey sides because you can feel them and it feels annoying. They could simply use a different material there doesn't attract the dust and the grit... The GOOD news about this mouse is that the laser works on every surface I have tried it on- so I do not need a mouse pad. The scroll wheel is AWESOME as it moves up and down and left and right. Those functional parts of the mouse operations are TRULY OUTSTANDING. So I hope Logitech corrects the other annoying issues. USB's that fall apart when you unplug them, though, are deal breakers. I need equipment that is reliable. I cannot have a mouse USB coming apart on me right before a client presentation. That means I buy a different, more reliable product.

I am the type of person that spends all of his time on the computer, creating sites, helping people with viruses' etc. This mouse made me able to do so much more than move my cursor around, with its zoom, horizantal and vertical scrolling and pure precision.

I just purchased this model, for my laptop. I am a student and was looking for a small wireless mouse that I could carry and easily hook up. I found that in this mouse. I plugged it right into my mac and it started working, I didn't have to do anything with it other than put the battery in it and turn it on. Awesome !

This Mouse works good. It has at least a 10 foot range, it has a delay at about 5-10 feet but not a long one. Very precise.

This mouse is just what I wanted. I have a really old laptop, and when i got back into using it, I upgraded everything. When I got this mouse, I was looking for an affordable, mini, portable mouse, and this fits! Great mouse. Only one thing: the receiver fits into bottom of mouse, but isnt very firm. This has not affected me, though.

easy to use and small. do not have to set anything up just plug in and go. works great(i use it all the time for school) i have the red patterned one it is very colorful. compact. usb port thing fits into the bottom of the mouse so i don't need a bag or anything to keep the stuff together. GREAT BUY!!

I purchased this wireless mouse with the intent of using it from the couch connected via a HTCP. The problem is that the range (which isn't mentioned anywhere from what I see) is only about 3 ft which is very poor in my opinion. I will be returning the mouse tomorrow for a replacement with better range. If the intent is to keep the mouse within 2-3 ft you'll be ok, otherwise skip this model.

I had for a long time a logitech wireless mouse and I worked well, I decided to get a new one (V220) but it is not working so well, I use it for graphic design, I need to draw lines and figures with the mouse, what it happens is that it loses signal and mess up what I am doing!
It is ok for just clicking buttons!

Mouse is pretty good. Just plug it in and it work. Mouse life is quite low if you use it more than 8 hours a day... mine is dying out before it's 2nd month.
Most annoying part is the specific batteries. Just found out that I can't use the 2450mAh rechargeable one, so I'll have to go out and get more batteries soon. Those ones work for about 10 seconds, then the mouse just dies out.

The mouse is amazing! At least within the target market, which is the casual user. Gamers might not like this mouse because of its lower resolution.
The receiver is too big, in my opinion, and it doesn't sit flush with the bottom of the mouse when locked in place for storage or transport.
The mouse itself is very comfortable. It is also ambidextrous, which is nice for the lefties of this world.
Battery life is okay. I didn't reach the promised six months, I only got two months out of it. However, the promised six months assumes that the mouse is used for only four hours a day, which for me, is impossible. I a use it about eight to ten hours a day.
It is heavy enough to feel like there is something in your hand, which I really enjoy. Many other mouse's (yes that is correct grammar, mouse is an acronym) I have used, mainly corded ones, they were always very light, and I can't stand that at all. This one is just the right weight.
The IR (infrared) optics are great since you don't see them at all. The mouse emits no light whatsoever. Only the green, or red, LED on the top illuminates when you turn it on, or the battery is low.
The setup of the mouse is exceptionally easy. Just plug it in, and you're done! If you want to use the side to side scrolling, you'll have to download Logitech's software to do so, also easy.
Overall, I am extremely happy with this mouse, and hope to use it for years to come.

Look, you want to buy a every day mouse for browsing through your documents or playing games or just using the net. This is the mouse you want to get. Good price, good performance, good battery life(up to 6 months), and good feel and comfort. You can also be creative and chose your own design that the company has. Very nice designs indeed. Logitech is one of the best in the world in making mice. My opinion buy, use it, love it.

I bought this mouse about a year ago and it hasn't had a hiccup since. It's easy to calibrate on my Mac, has all the adjustability and button options I need, and is built well. I've never actually timed it, but it seems like I change the battery once every 3-4 months. The only thing I don't like is that the click is a little bit loud compared to many other mice I've seen and used. But really, who cares? It's a great mouse...it stood up to one year of college, and I'm sure it'll go through many more! Definitely recommend this mouse for a good, inexpensive wireless device.
