Very easy to install and to work with. But very poor image quality and no sound. With modern technology a of this size camera should provide autofocus, better image resoultion, higher frame rates and sound. Logitech should be able develop a more professionall camera which can be connected to the master system.

Major short commings defeat primary purpose

Although two cameras are working I cannot take them out of the room where the computer is installed. The electrical wiring in your home, as in mine may substantially limit the usefulness of this product. I have a large home with 400 amps of service. Perhaps a smaller home would not have this problem.

I purchased 6 of the indoor camera units having the 120 VAC plug in power supply. Within 14 months, 4 of the power supply units (CPS-110i) burnt up. This amounted to $1200 down the drain.
Needless to say the quality and design of the system is poor, not worth your money.

Great Easy to Use System

Thank you - this system meets all my needs at an affordable price. I have an expanding business and need to be able to monitor two locations. It was easy to install and operate. I plan to add more cameras and get another system for my other store. After three break-ins in as many weeks I now feel I will be able to find out who is responsible. I will also be able to monitor employee productivity when I can't be there.

Took awhile to install app but worth it!

Very simple to install. The application took a good 20 minutes to install on my computer, but that could just be my old computer. Pictures online are fuzzy, but serve the my purpose perfectly. The cameras were super easy to set up and Customer Support was very helpful when I hit a small glitch. I would def recommend this to anyone.
