I bought the logitech 750 and 700. The system required that I install a power cord and a ethernet cable. I love the quality of the images and recordings but hate the clutter of the wires etc. If they had a POE Power over Ethernet model that would be ideal. Unfortunatly because they don't I had to change brands. I want a low profile camera so the theif doesn't know there is a camera.
The angled ac adapter was unfortunate because it would not fit into my light socket. A straight adapter would fit into my light socket where the angled did not, I therefore had to use an extension cord.

The picture quality is more than you can ever need for security. However, two major/important complaints. First and foremost, the range as absolutely terrible. We can not place the camera more than 25 feet from the cord; any further, and it doesn't sense it. In fact at 20 feet, there can be NOTHING in the way (other than walls), or it won't work. The walls are simply plaster walls, so no special materials to penetrate. Number 2, the cord is very, very finicky. It can spontaneously loosen, or if you bump it, it will stop working.
So if the camera will be no more than one room away from the computer, you will probably be happy with the product. More than that, and you are likely going to be sorely disappointed.

Very easy to install, and no, it doesn't have a back up power, so you have to set up the time every time you loose power or move it. It's a bit bulky, which makes it easy to spot. It worked well for a while but after 1 year it started to malfunction. I spent a lot of time moving it around to an acceptable location close to my computer. The colors are off. I would advise you to use the other standard cameras instead, they seem to be less of an issue. I've had them for 2 years. However, don't think you're going to be able to place them in an area far away from your computer, I say, no more than a 1 floor away, and around the same location in relation to your computer.

I have no problems with the cameras or their operation.
When my PC is rebooted, I do have a minor problem getting my Command back on line. It does take a while.

The slightest disturbance...ie a power glitch....or sometimes nothing and the clock loses communication. Then just try and get it working again!! I have changed things around and followed Wilife instructions but, I have wasted many hours with no results. Actually, I would like to get a refund and try something else.

I bought 5 cameras and the clock camera does not consistently work, especially in one room. I have replaced it with the regular camera and that does work....Even when I change out the clock camera for another one I still have the same issues in part of the house. I was told to buy a bridge but I moved the compute right next to the camera and it still has the same problem....Point is I have spent alot of time trying to make the clock camera work in one room, trying 4 separate outlets, it still does not recognize the camera sometimes and when it does it does not last long.... so you may have to use the regular security camera is some locations.

I went to the store looking for a clock, and came home with this, I remember thinking I love this clock! when I first got it, it wasn't for almost a week after I got it that I realized it was a camera. after I got it plugged in, and connected to my computer, I gave it to my daughter, so I could spy on her at night, and see if she was sneaking out, or anything else she wasn't supposed to do.

This fun spy camera is a great tool for a spy because you can spy on people and I'm 95% sure they won't know. You wouldn't guess a clock is a security camera so it's a great disguise and a great toy!
