This is a very good clear picture camera BUT, it has no controls no software it has No zoom, No color balance, nothing¡ You can buy the Windows version Model 9000 for about $25 dollars less and it works fine on a Mac. So do not buy this version buy the cheaper windows version.

Sharp, detailed images, fast accurate autofocus, live , slightly over-saturated colours, generally on par with good point and shoot cameras. Gets white balance right in majority of cases.
The most intelligent, elegant, and hefty mounting system i have ever seen.
And cheaper, where I live, than the Webcam Pro 9000? I have never written a review, nor been exited about a product before... excellent job guys!

This camera produces a very clear picture on my
laptop when I use skype for video. I agree its a bit pricey but I figured If I'm going to use it with my laptop I didn't want to put up with a grainy picture or poor sound quality. This Logitech camera is pretty darn good, you will be pleased with it, Rgrimard in Tucson.

The cam worked great just by plugging it in. No drivers to install and no setup required. It comes on automatically whenever an app needs the camera. The autofocus works great in all applications that use the camera. It also has pretty decent low-light performance and works well under fluorescent tubes. The color reproduction is nothing to brag about.
