I bought a satelite radio, but returned it and purchased this one. Our home Wi-Fi has both MAC filters and WEP encryption, so set up took a bit longer. The number of stations and services is overwhelming, so I have found some favorites. The remote control is great. The sound quality is superb! I can hardly wait to get home everyday and turn it on. It is by far the best toy have ever had, and I am not young.

LOVE the Squeezebox Boom

I love Pandora and I love my music and was totally excited to find out anyone had stand-alone internet radio players - I looked around and the Boom seemed like the Cadillac. It IS. I am not all that technically savvy and I got it connected a lot easier than I thought I would! It looks great, it sounds great and it is easy to use. I LOVE IT!

This is by far one of the coolest toys I've bought in recent memory. Every once in a while, products hit the market that just work - the technology is advanced but one doesn't have to be a techie like me to understand it - and the features hit a sweetspot. Think products/services from the likes of Apple and Zipcar. And the Squeezebox is one of them. Go buy one - or more. You won't know what you did without it.
