Still going strong after 2 years, I use it a work, drag it home occasionally when I work at home. Like one of the only choices for those of us that need ergo (wide spread) and wireless. Will buy another when this dies.

Good functionality -- poor layout
Date:April 17, 2013
I bought this keyboard because it was wireless, had assignable keys and had an ergo shape. The wireless keyboard functions very well, and I've NOT experienced any of hte freezing and hanging that others have reported. The Unifying receiver is awesome. Everything functions as advertised and as expected.
However, the layout of the keyboard is clumsy, as others have mentioned. Right above the four arrow keys, why did Logitech take the STANDARD six key configuration and replace it with a non-standard five key configuration. For those of us who just might use two different keyboard (one at work and one at home), this is incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, I find that hte ergo shape of the keyboard isn't quite ergo enough. I have used true-ergo designed keyboards with no problems, but this one just seems to be too close to a straight keyboard to be ergo, yet not straight enough to feel ike a straight keyboard. I have a much higher frequency of mistyping on this keyboard than on a straight or true ergo keyboard.
I would not recommend this keyboard to anyone because of these drawbacks. however, the keyboard functions very well. If Logitech changes the layout, perhaps I will change my mind.

I want to love this keyboard, I truly do. The feel of it is great, the finish and battery life have been great, but the driver hasn't been updated to include Mac support, even though it has the OSX keys. It has been extremely frustrating.

The good, the bad, the ugly
Date:February 27, 2013
I want to say upfront that I can heartily recommend this keyboard, despite all the small nitpicks listed below.
The good:
+ I like the feel of keyboard and keys, there's no ambiquity when key is pressed, yet it's still quiet, which is a must for me. Writing with this is somehow very satisfying.
+ The curve shape just works, for my fingers and hands at least.
+ Just worked even without installing software (Win7)
+ The slightly more compact layout with cursor keys closer is very nice (but beware, this isa matter of taste)
+ Just short enough so it fits into my laptop back-bag.
+ Palm padding
The bad:
- Windows menu key, which I use all the time in some applications, is replaced with Fn key, and menu key is Fn+PrintScreen, which is rather awkward to use
The ugly (or, less bad):
- I want real leather padding, not this plastic fabric thing. More practically, I'm worried if this material can take the abuse of being on the road, but time will tell.
- Position of End key is a bit awkward, but I'm not sure what would be a good fix, while keeping the nice condensed layout.
- Function keys are in groups of 3 instead of standard groups of 4. I see no benefit, just unnecessary difference to other keyboards.
- The driver/notifier area icon has crashed once by now on 64 bit Win7.
- The Program switcher, which shows all open windows, is not smooth and more importantly is slow, and locations of all windows get shuffled when a window is closed : Seemingly cool feature but not good enough to actually use.
- Not possible to program many useful keyboard commands to special keys (I'd like to change the application switcher key to the missing menu key, but not possible with the standard software).

Wonderful Keyboard but does have a Flaw!
Date:February 24, 2013
I love my Logitech wireless wave pro I used to have another one but the mouse it came with was damaged and thankfully both keyboard and mouse were still under warranty and the customer service was excellent and very caring I rec that anyone who is looking for a good comfortable keyboard THIS IS THE ONE!! The only major flaw truthfully I know of with this keyboard is sometimes it will sort of cut out on you but after a bit it will resume but other than that it is very comfy and it is great for typing and Logitech thank you so much and please keep up the good work and please continue this series of keyboards!!

Outstanding Keyboard, Best I have ever used!
Date:February 21, 2013
I have owned my keyboard for about 2-21/2 years now. I just got through taking all of the buttons off and cleaning them and the onderlyingboard with a q-tip and 91% alchohol. For the bottons I used a mild window cleaner with no alchohol or amonia due to the faact that they haveeither stickers or decals on them and didn't want to chance removing them. It is now back together and looking like it just came right out of the box and working as it did when I bought it. Any slightly sticky keys are now fixed. It is the Most comfortable board I have ever typed on and as far as the wireless operation goes my personal board will work around the corner and 20+ Ft. away with out so much as on missed entry, I still sometimes type the wrong letter, but that is a different story :# I do use Ultimate Lithium Energizer batteries and if you are having any problems at all with distance typing I would use them. They put out a little more voltage than an Alkaline Battery and quite a bit more than a rechargeable. They also alast seemingly forever. I put mine in when I got the board and they are still working flawlessly. I have never tested to see how far and through how many walls I can go, but I do know that I can go through at least 1 wall and over 20 Ft. away as sometimes I use it in the living room which is one room over and 20+ Ft. away from the antenna. As far as the comment about pandora goes you can program the buttons to work with just about anything. For some reason mine works with Pandora for the basic functions, but I have not programmed any other funtions into it for that program. I use Media Center by JRiver and it works wonderfully. I also have it programmed to work with my music DAW #SONAR X2) you can map quite a few of the bottons on the board and the mouse I have. I thought the wave shape was a gimmick, but it isn't at all. It really does make my Carple Tunnel not hurt to the point of having to stop typing for quite a bit longer than a flat board, it could also be due to the palm pad also I guess. Whatever it is it is the most comfortable keyboard I have tyoed on yet and I have tried the gell pads and all. I find the shape and the firmness of the pad to be perfect for me. I thought it was going to be a bit too hard but the firmness helps with typing accurately and doesn't cause any perceptable pain when compared to my Spenco Gel Palm Pad. The shape of the pad also makes typing easier than just a straight flat pad. No I don't work for Logitec or have any stock! I am just very happy with the product. When a few of the keys started sticking I was going to goout and but a nes one, but decided to give cleaning it a try. It worked and now is a good as new. I have a dog tha sheds and even with regular vacuming it still got quite dirty. I also live in the city and so things tend to get dirty almost like being in a smokers house, but not as bad. That's all. If you are looking for a new keyboard, whether you need the wireless feature or not I would reccomend it. with no wires it reduces clutter also, only miner issue is than being woreless there are no USB port like some wored boards have and no ability for lit keys or anything like that.

Pretty good keyboard
Date:February 13, 2013
I bought two of these keyboards - one of work and one for home. have been using these keyboards about 3 years.
Pros: 1. At work, I sit at my desk nearly 1ft away from the screen and type. The keyboard works great giving me options to launch different custom application with the programmable launch keys. Another feature 2. I like is disabling caps lock and num lock key. Phew, many a times I accidentally hit the caps lock key (i'm not a good typist). Cons: 1. Keyboard's media buttons doesn't control the pandora one app. I understand that it could be pandora's support issue. But, I believe logitech can implement a plugin for it. 2. At home, I am connected to my tower PC which is hooked to my TV. I sit at least 8 ft away and operate my PC. When i place the keyboard on my lap and type, the keyboard doesn't respond. I see something like "logitttttttttttttttttttttttttttttech" on my screen. This happened consistently.
Overall it is a great work keyboard, but not suitable for all environments.

Disappointed Mac User
Date:January 13, 2013
This is my second Logitech Wave keyboard. My first one was at least 5 years old before it died. I really like the smaller USD remote connection, no more long cord to deal with. However as a Mac user I am really frustrated and disappointed that Logitech has deleted the option logo and then reversed the keys on the left, no option key at all on the right. The most important thing to me in a keyboard is consistency and to find that now I have to change my keystrokes and typing process is frustrating and irritating. I was so sure that I would love the keyboard that I foolishly destroyed the box before realizing the differences, otherwise I would have returned the keyboard and gone in search for one that doesn't treat the Mac user as a second class user. This will probably be my last logitech keyboard purchase.

A great keyboard, if you get the right one
Date:November 24, 2012
I've long been a Logitech fan, so when it came time to replace my existing wireless desktop set, I looked at Logitech's current lineup. I ended up deciding on the Performance MX mouse and the K350 keyboard.
I had read quite a number of mixed reviews of the K350 - enough to know that it's sort of a crapshoot when it comes to quality. That is *exactly* how my experience went.
Firstly, the MX mouse is amazing. Simply stunning. But that's a side note here.
Regarding the K350 - the first one that I got was a pain in the rear. It delayed input, missed input and began to "clack" very soon after. It was noisy enough that it was hard to type without disturbing my fiancee.
Logitech support, however, came through and sent me a new one. This replacement is perfect - no missed input, no delays, and best of all, it's quiet.
So, my recommendation for those of you who want to try the K350 is to "go for it". Logitech support is famous for being awesome, and if you end up with a lemon, they bend over backwards to take care of you.
Just another reason that my loyalty has been with Logitech for over a decade now.

Best Keyboard Ever, except for....
Date:November 24, 2012
Our family and friends have used this keyboard for approximately 1 year and it is the favorite of everyone, hands down (pun unintended, but it's still funny).
General Comments: • Most of the users have typing skills in excess of 70 wpm and there have not been any problems with any hesitation, missed letters, or uninterpretable input. • I had Carpel Tunnel Surgery soon after purchasing this keyboard and it has been a gift from the Heavens! • It is located in an area that even gives cell phone difficulties for reception and has had absolutely no problems with interference. • At least 3 members of this group are gamers and they will steal the machine and keyboard at every opportunity. • We’re glad we bought it and would/will buy another, especially if they include lighted indicators for Cap Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock.
Pros: • Comfortable key placement, wrist rest, other ergonomics • Keyboard is solid, but still light weight. Well built.
Con: • No indicators for Cap Lock, Num Lock, Scroll Lock. I know your reasoning was battery life, but a separate AA battery for that function alone would have made the keyboard almost unbeatable. I dinged you hard because of this. This is a bad oversight!
Other: • As some have suggested, everything else about this keyboard is so well put together, it wouldn't have been a bad thought to make it optionally wired, for those who don’t trust the potential time lag or security of wireless. • The keys themselves could be made to feel slightly more solid and secure. They’re great as is, this is just a tweak to improve an already good product.

Ups and downs of this product
Date:October 30, 2012
Hi, I red a bunch of reviews took a risk and bought this keyboard. For me its OK, but I'd like to state some pros and cons because the usage of keyboard is not the same if you are a gamer, a news reporter or a programmer or a regular user which uses it only for FB ant TW.
I am a programmer and I use it mostly for work or chatting with friends and colleagues. I was looking for Microsoft Natural 4000 but in Serbia they don't import it anymore and there are no other alternatives but this keyboard (I wanted something very similar). I have been using it for 2 weeks now and here is my opinion on it:
Pros : -light-weight -wrist part is comfortable but could be a bit larger -good reception. Also comes with extension cord in case you need your receiver closer to the keyboard (I use it for my lap top, less then 1 m away from keyboard, but I tested it on 2m as well and its OK) -Ergonomics are good but could use some additional details ( could be more wavier, doesn't have negative wrist angle and could be a bit wider), however really easy for typing and really easy to get used to (especially if you used your lap top's keyboard so far) -keys seem to be high quality, although it may not seem at first. They are really soft and have approx 0.4 cm of depth to push so you are not going to push a button by accident if you moved your finger over it.
Cons: -seriously , no caps lock, number lock and scroll lock indicators ??? Somebody forgot a lesson in indicators..If they exist, I fail to see them after 2 weeks (and thats poor designing) which is even worse then saying you simply forgot to put that.. -Not for pro pro gamers, has some lags if you make to many clicks in a short time .. But for those guys wireless keyboards can never be good anyways so I don't know if this is a con.. -no regular cable input. Instead of an extension cord, you could have just made wired port for input for people like gamers or people hating wireless input devices. This way you would get a larger target group of customers (the design and programmable keys definitely make this possible). -no extensions for negative wrist position. When I say that, I mean the option to lift up the back of keyboard instead of top of it. With Natural 4000, once you make it like that and get used to it, its much much much better and easier on your wrists. -If this keyboard was not made for gamers (since its wireless i suppose it isn't) it could have been a bit wider - this is my taste, it doesn't mean I'm right. -wrist part could be a bit larger
For me, this keyboard is great, however I would tweak it to my preferences a bit better. Since its the only keyboard ,at the time of purchase, which is concurrent to Microsoft Natural 4000 in Serbia, I can't say I could find any better :) But all in all, value/performances of this keyboard are good, and I have to say that I am really satisfied.
I hope I gave you a closer look about this product and helped you make a good decision.

is it ok?
Date:October 21, 2012
this keyboard was a great buy... untill i got it home and started using it.... for the first few weeks everything was grand, i loved the keyboard, but after a while it started to act wierd... i am a avid gamer and i use this keyboard for it, i have had my character killed in action several times because of a fault with this keyboard, it will "fall asleep" and to get it working again sometimes i have to hit the dang thing, oh course the battery indicator says everything is ok for power, i even changed the batteries hoping it would solve it.. no such luck. the features of the keyboard are real nice and placed well, the unifying software is gamer friendly allowing for custome key bindings. overall the keyboard is nice but it is leaving me wanting more reliability out of it. i must say on another note... logitech makes a resilient product... one of the instances where the keyboard malfunctioned and my character was killed i actually punched the keyboard and slammed it to the ground, after picking up all the pieces and putting it back together i was supprised that everything on it worked.... except for the intermittent "falling asleep".

A Mixed Blessing
Date:August 27, 2012
First of all I LOVE this keyboard - with a few concerns.
Pros:
1. Programmable function keys - Can you say easy macro? I knew you could. 2. Ergonomics - this keeps me coming back to this keyboard despite the other problems. Best keyboard i've found to date for feel, keystroke etc. 3. KVM friendly. Yes, that's right. despite logitech saying otherwise, i've had no problems with this keyboard and several types of KVM switches. Cons: 1. Can't keep up with my typing speed - if you type anywhere close to 50wpm, you will have issues. missed keystrokes, gobblty-gook etc.
2. Has major problems with interference. At times I have to pick up the keyboard and actually point it at the dongle for it to remember it's attached.
I use the logitech Performance MX mounse and the K350 keyboard both at home and at work. Yes I do cuss at it occasionally when it can't seem to find itself or lags, but it's still the best keyboard out there for me.

I just want to echo other reviews I have seen, and even read before buying, but ended up ignoring. If you need a reliable keyboard for gaming or high use tasks from any distance, but especially from more than 4 ft, THIS IS NOT THE KEYBOARD FOR YOU. I understand the frequency range it uses (bluetooth range) can experience a lot of interference, and I've had reliability and range issues with bluetooth before, but nothing to this extent. For the price and expected quality, this is completely unnacceptable to me, and I will be trying to return it. A Logitech mouse using the same transmitter has none of these problems. There is also a limit to the number of keys that can be pressed at the same time (a problem with certain video games).

See? several blank keys
Logitech has never given me any problems, other than my wearing them out over time. You can only do so much cleaning, and as much wear and tear as I give mine, I have many blank keys [luckily my brain knows where to put my fingers] and over a lot of time and use, sometimes the keys stick. That is the ONLY reason I replace my keyboard...but I stay with two products. Logitech, and HP. Thanks so much for a top quality product!

I have never given something 5 stars in every category before this. I've had this keyboard for a few years and I think it's great. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. It's very comfortable and I love the shape. It's easy to get dust or any other hindrances out of the keyboard. All in all it's a great product and I definitely recommend it.

sobbing with frustration

HORRIBLE performance. I like the curve, very comfortable, nice key strokes but I honesty thought I was going crazy because I couldn't imaging that any company would manufacture something that is this erratic! In the middle of a sentence it just stops typing - then randomly starts again and inserts a mixed collection of the missed keystrokes ... or prints one letter clear across the page ... or the backspace/delete key won't work. So I'm typing away and look up at the monitor to see that my last paragraph doesn't exist and when I go back to re-type it the keys won't work or work intermittently. Then eventually it seems to re-set itself and works fine for a while. I was literally sobbing with frustration at one point. I just read these reviews and noticed one comment about the line of sight for the usb plug so I moved it to a closer port that wasn't behind another plug and for the moment it seems to be better. But who knows, it has been 100% unpredictable since I got it. And the mouse won't scroll through my Outlook inbox properly. I have it set to move one line per click which it does everywhere else, but in Outlook it jumps about 20 messages with each click - so I have to use the scroll bar on the side. Not insurmountable but really annoying.

Desk with Keyboard in Front, Wireless Adapter at Rear Under Monitors
I'm not sure what many of the other reviews are rabbiting on about. I bought this keyboard in a keyboard/mouse combination pack from Best Buy for $35 in December 2012. It came straight to my job, where I use it ~50 hours per week as a mechanical engineer. The key layout took a little getting used to since I was accustomed to straight key layouts, but I found it to be much more efficient in typing once I was used to it. I have never had an issue with missed keystrokes, it falling apart, or connectivity issues. I will say that the range of this keyboard is poor in relation to others I have used, but since I'm at a desktop I used the INCLUDED USB cord adapter to keep the receiver in line-of-sight to the keyboard. It's still hidden and discrete at the back of my desk, but with no desk in the way I get perfect connection at all times. It's quite durable too; it's handled my "Solidworks crashed again" key bashes without breaking or losing any feel or function.

Wonderful feel HORRIBLE QUALITY
Date:May 10, 2012
I have horrible tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. I am a full time plus (avg 20 credit hours per term) on-line student so needless to say I am using my keyboard constantly. I love the feel and the ease of use. I like that it is a tad smaller than my old MS Ergo keyboard, however and this is a big one. I spent a lot of money on a keyboard and it began to fail almost immediately. I have replaced batteries checked software etc. First a few of the function keys died.. Ok I do not use them much... Next the main return key started to flake out... again not so big it only failed once and a while. Now it does not work at all!!!!!
I have to be able to write code, write papers, e-mails, etc and not having an enter key means that I spent 60.00 on a paper weight... Not something a student can afford.
