I have over the years used several web cams. Prior to this web cam I was using the Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision SE. The picture and voice quality on that webcam was outstanding. This web cam far out classes that one in terms of video quality. The clarity is amazing. Installation was a breeze. I would strongly recommend this to anyone who appreciates video clarity. This cam comes with a case for safe keeping if you need to pack it for mobility. It folds flat and packs very neatly. The swivel design makes it very simple to showwcase your location if needed. Pleasantly surprised.

I've used the Logitech C510 webcam on several international Skype calls (Vietnam, Australia, Greece) and I'm very impressed. The auto install process is very easy. Voice and picture quality are outstanding as reported by those I Skyped. I was likewise very impressed. BTW: Skype recognized and accepted the C510 at once.It compares very favorably the Quickcam Pro900 that I've been using.
Final comment: I like the small size & color, it hides in the background w/out looking like yet another device on my desk. The C510 is quite impressive.

The greatest webcam

the HD Webcam C510 is one of the best webcams i have seen an using it makes life much easier with the 8 mp photos. an then the easy facebook upload feature is wonderful. id love to review future products for the company of Logitech anytime needed.

Much better than my old Webcam

i have had a Logitech Webcam IM but the resolution of this camera is much better. Logitech just sent me a cd that had drivers, but the original box had the same cd. I didn't use either though - Windows 7 automatically downloaded the drivers and asked me what sw to install.
The facial recognition feature is nice although sometimes a but slow... And it dors not work with Quicken but it works for all of my websites. Overall I am very happy with the product.

Great little webcam

This is a great little webcam. I was amazed at how small it was when I opened the box.
Small or not the picture quality is great and I made a Skype call to a friend in Denmark today and he commented on the sound quality (I was using the built in microphone)
It sits nicely on top of my Dell laptop and also on top of my Acer H213 monitor on my desktop. I currently have a Quickcam Orbit AF which obviously has far more features than the C510 but in picture and sound quality the C510 is at least the equal of the Orbit.
