Easy to install and has been working great. No issues with it running out of battery. Keyboard is very comfortable and sleek. Price was awesome, very pleased. Have been very happy with Logitech products thus far. Keep up the good work and thanks!

Its really good for typing. I find that the wave is very comfy in my hands. The only thing is when I play some computer games it lags. I play TF2 and my memory is only at half. I know its a hardware problem since I tried to switch USB ports and the keyboard and mouse are only 1 foot away from the USB port. I also have gamemode on so...

I love this keyboard and it was the best investment I've ever made, and I even Invested in AAPL in 2000 and sold in September 2012. To say the least, the keyboard and mouse are extremely comfortable and user friendly, they're very well made, and I just may use them for the rest of my life.
Satisfaction guaranteed; unless you don't like them, which is highly unlikely.

The "wave" causes typos

Date:February 20, 2013
I've had this keyboard for a couple years now. I used it to replace a previous Logitech wireless keyboard that finally gave up the ghost. Simply stated, I hate it. (Great mouse, though.) It seems as though I spend more time correcting typos than typing (and has been getting worse). Now, I know part of it is me. I'm a combo hunt-and-peck and touch typist. As such, my fingers don't rest comfortably on the keys. I never had that problem with my previous keyboard. So, now I'm on the hunt for a new Logitech. Maybe the Solar will be the trick.

Ordered a mk550 but got a mk350

Date:February 1, 2013
When I ordered the keyboard I ordered a MK550 and when it arrived the box said it was a MK550...But when I took it out of the box and turned it over the information on the bottom side said that it was a MK350...As far as I can tell it looks like a 550 and the software that I ID'd from the Logitech website was for the 550...So I guess for all practical purposes the keyboard is a 550...I am not making a big stink over it because the keyboard and mouse are awesome together...I then purchased a Trackball M570..Now I have bragging rights because the 550 and 570 makes a complete team....I can only say if you think that you are worthy of owning the perfect keyboard and mouse then this is the combo you need...Thank you Logitech once again you have made me a happy man...

New favorite mouse!!

Date:January 13, 2013
I purchased this combo after much research and was worried about it due to reviews on the mouse alone but I took a chance and am EXTREMELY happy!! the keyboard feels great after a small "getting to know it" period. the mouse has replaced a working m220 because ive grown accustom to the forward n back buttons. I have ZERO lag in either the mouse or keyboard. The only time I noticed a problems I just checked my settings on the computer and in the game I was playing and have had not a single problem since. I purchased the combo about a year ago and surf n game around 6 hours daily and have yet to change the batteries in either. In my opinion one of the best purchases I've made.

Slow and Lags

Date:January 6, 2013
I bought this for the brand and convenience of no wires. But after a few hours the mouse and keyboard slow down and I have to continually unplug the usb and plug it back in to get it to reset. Ridiculous.

Still great after 3 years

Date:January 5, 2013
I cannot believe that I purchased this Keyboard + Mice cordless combo 3 years ago. I never went a full year with other brands that were cordless, let alone something this comfortable. It's such a natural, fluid movement all over the keyboard, no matter what you use. The extra features have been so great to use as well, too. Everything from programming iTunes, Google Chrome, Mail, and the Eject, Calculator, and Shut Down buttons, it makes everything using 1 or 2 buttons quick and easy. The keys are much smoother now, but that's bound to happen after 3 years of use, but no complaints at all. When I needed to get a new monitor, I was forced to use the laptop for a little while, and I haaate using the touchpad. What did I do? I unplugged the usb mini receiver and plugged it into the laptop to use the mouse, and worked like a charm. Make no mistake about Logitech products, their attention to detail and comfort exceed any other company out there!

Performance and comfort at a good price!

Date:December 30, 2012
I bought this on sale at a big chain after paying a premium for the lowest end keyboard and mouse separately. Turns out that this is now my favorite keyboard and mouse. I take it with me to whichever of the two laptops and two desktops that I currently use. 5 button programmable mouse is GREAT, Keyboard action took some getting used to, but the calculator button, zoom buttons, and page toggle button are downright nifty for my style! I'll be buying another setup for travel, just so I don't need to keep moving this one around. Lighted keys would be nice, but I guess you can't have EVERYTHING!

get the wired version

Date:December 19, 2012
I bought 2 of these, one for the office and one for the home. About 2 weeks after getting it, the office keyboard started locking up/lagging. I tried everything to correct it including new batteries, different usb placement, etc. Now I read online that they have connection problems. Coincidentally, the one at home is experiencing the same problem. I'm taking them both back to Costco.

comfort

Date:December 18, 2012
I use the K350 at work and came across the MK550 combo on sale while surfing the net. Needed to get it for the home. Now I can be wireless as I move from upstairs PC to downstairs PC (as it is connected to my 42" TV) with easy and surf the net without missing a beat. If it only had the CAP LOCK indicator and # lock indicator.

4 Great Years

Date:December 5, 2012
I bought this product in 2008 when I first moved out for college. 4 years later it is still my favorite keyboard i have ever owned. Both the keyboard and mouse worked wonderfully on both Windows and Mac for me. Every once in a while i had a few issues with the mouse or spacebar but a good cleaning usually solved the problem. They are not the most portable buggers, but that is not their purpose. Comfort and fun to handle, I love how both the mouse and keyboard feel. The ne large flaw I see is the receivers size. now Logitech has the technology to make micro receivers and I wuld have loved to have one of those since my cas recently broke mine in half.

Do not buy this if

Date:December 4, 2012
The spacebar of this keyboard is absolutely terrible. If you type a lot you are going to regret buying this as I do. And some are worse than others so the quality is really not consistent at all.
The first keyboard I had, you had to hit the spacebar a few times to get it to work. Imagine how this helps when you are typing long documents or email. The second one double spaces every now and then and other times does not work.
Seriously, do not buy this keyboard. I am looking for other brands now.

Excellent

Date:November 23, 2012
Had it for about 5 hours and love it. The mouse is great with the forward and back buttons LOVE That. Keyboard is super quiet and I am now able to get rid of all the clutter on my taskbar thanks to the keyboard. Keys feel smooth, no more type writer noise. Palm rest is nice, just to many features to rave about.

Keyboard Letters Rub Off

Date:November 20, 2012
I would love this keyboard but twice in 6 months I've had to exchange it twice because the letters wear off the keys.
I paid $79.00 for the MK560 combo wireless keyboard and mouse. Logitech please fix the problem!
Also you don't have this MK560 model number listed in your product choice listing.

Space bar does not work

Date:November 12, 2012
I cannot recommend this key board because thespacebar doesnot work. I cannot believe that logitech released this keyboard to the public with this problem. Thespacebar must behit very close to the center in order to recognize the keypress. Before purchasing I read somereviews that mentioned a spacebar problem but I didn't pay enough attention. The "wave" of the keyboard isquite comfortable but the fact that thespacebar does not work cannot be overlooked. I give this a 2 for features because the keyboard is lacking anidicatorfor caps lock.
I give this alow Ease of Use because of the amount oftime it takes to go back and add spaces. The keyboard is comfortable and therefore deserving of a high Ergonomics rating, but practically unusable due to the spacebar. I wrote this reviewwithout going back to fix the missed spaces due to the keyboard.

love it - what a surprise

Date:November 7, 2012
I read other reviews but I needed a new mouse as I had worn out my other one - a Logiteck keyboard and mouse that is at least 8 years old. I wanted to try the ergonomic - I saw the little web movie about the invention of this design and was totally intrigued. Then, I found it at Office Depot website on sale - went to the Staples that is closer - they met the Office Depot price. I could resist no longer. I have never been able to pass a typing test, so I had to go to law school so I could have a secretary. Then, I became a solo attorney and do all of my work myself - still not a good typist - until I got this device - no learning curve at all - best thing that has ever happened to me. Keys and space bar working GREAT - best investment in my health I have made in a long time !! Good luck to you who buy this little beauty.

Logitech let me down

Date:October 30, 2012
I've used Logitech products for years and never had an issue, so I went ahead and purchased the Wave Combo. The first time I plugged it in the mouse worked fine but the keyboard wouldn't type, so I set it aside for a couple weeks while I was busy with a big project. Big mistake, because now it's too late to return it. The ergonomics of it seem fine, and the wrist-wrest is actually pretty comfy, but the typing itself is so horrible that I'm going to have to replace this thing before I've even had it a month! The spacebar is incredibly stiff - it takes me twice as long to type anything because I have to go back and add spaces. And just today I'm noticing a lot more lag with words taking a long time to appear, and more and more when they do appear there are extra letters. I'm so disappointed in Logitech - I spent more on this keyboard than I usually would and it turns out to be a piece of junk. :(

This product is the best. It may not scream off the shelf like the microsoft products, but the performance si tops. Logitech is logical and they have the extension cord to place the remote usb in a more favorable position. The keyboard takes a little while (a few seconds) to get used to and then off you go. I have several of their products and I love the fact that it's once and done on the install.
