worthless

Date:October 31, 2012
sound quality dropped within the first week due to a short in the volume control housing, they're incredibly tight and hurt your ears. And the speakers actually come detached from the headset with the slightese touch.
I wouldn't recommend this headset to anyone and would advise against buying it. its so disappointing that i may not even buy another logitech product again in the future.

Great Headset

Date:October 10, 2012
This headset is a great purchase for pretty much anyone. The audio quality is great, the microphone quality is very good, and it's very comfortable. It's not the easiest headset to store (in my office space, at least), but I absolutely love it.

Well.... not very good.

Date:September 20, 2012
I have had this headset for close to a month now and it is disappointing me, I have tried and tried but I can't get the mic to not pick up the audio that I am listening to. Also, the headset feels very cheap on your head and has flat ear pads, which cause your ears to hurt after awhile.

Excellent Headset, especially for the price

Date:September 3, 2012
I've tested all kinds of headsets, and I've owned this one for months. It works even better than the H600 all across the board. This headset provides great sound reproduction, especially in the bass department. Some say usb headsets have clearer sound, this is true, but only to a small degree, usb headsets have absolutely no bass. I've tested both the H360 and H530 headsets, both work fine, but the H250 works better. Comfort is not an issue, I can wear these 8 hours a day and feel fine. The mic works great, I tested it in a skype call with a friend, held it 2 feet away from my mouth, and they said they could still hear me just fine.
This is the best headset I've used yet, it works so well, it might even replace my headphones.
For use, simply plug it into any 3.5mm jack, and you're good to go!

Too cheap

Date:July 18, 2012
The headset sound is good and the headset is lightweight but it's the only good things about it. I regret my purchase. It's made of cheap plastic with cheap ear things ... Wire is too small. The mic is too far away from the face which is bad when you speak. The mic is not loud enough. At least it's easy, you plug in, done. But very bad product.

The quality of the headset is good. Movement of the microphone is solid and it doesn't randomly fall down during use. The audio cable is a little short but ideal for laptop use.
The biggest problem falls in the microphone. The quality is average at best when you hold it in front of your mouth. The challenge is the stem which holds the microphone is too short. With some finagling the mic can be moved to an acceptable location with enough gain on the mic but a few shuffles in my seat later people can't hear me.
The large ear padding is nice and keeps the head set secure. The sound quality is mediocre which is expected on at this price point. The ear padding is a large flat surface which takes it's toll on the ears after a while. It is not bad for short term, less than a half hour of use.
I am usually impressed with Logitech products which is why this head set disappointed me so much. I recently replaced my H250 headset with an H390 which is much better all around.
