Excellent Sound, Best in it's class

Seven Speakers, Bluetooth (as well as auxiliary input) and a rechargeable battery make this product great! The sound quality is excellent. I'm planning to buy a second one!

I wanted the Bose portable, but didn't want the Bose price. Did a lot of online research before purchasing. Now I understand why everyone raves about the Logitech Wireless Boombox. It is awesome. Great sound and portability. Easy to sync, remembers last device so play is instantaneous. It is my go to companion all over the house: bathroom while showering, kitchen while making coffee, bedroom while dressing and I sleep with it on, plugged in. I didn't give it a 5 because the battery life is good, not great, I'm averaging a 2-3 hrs w/my iPad2. Portability's good, but a case included would be nice. Also, the volume decreases notably when running off battery power. Have to adjust the volume when I unplug, but still provides enough volume to enjoy. I would definitely recommend, you won't be disappointed.

I like it. Its pretty small, lightweight, and the battery life is excellent. I've had no problems getting it to connect w/ both my macbook or my android. This thing sounds good. However, dont think you're going to buy this instead of a decent 2.1 sound system and get the same thing. You're paying for portability here, not booming sound. The thing sounds good, but its not going to blow you away or anything.
Its excellent for the pool though, or for parties, or for watching movies on your laptop.
One side note, you cant have it connected via audiojack, and use the bluetooth at the same time. I was planning on leaving it connected via wire to my TV, and running music wirelessly off my phone whenever i wanted it. Doesn't work like that.
Still recommend it though

Booming Sound

ive had this unit for about 0ne month and love it as did my smaller Z unit. The sound comes thru crisp & clear with deep bass and excellent battery life and range. I purchased mine from best buy for a great reduced price thats why i sold my other one on ebay and bought this one, its still portable in size and can stuff it into my duffle bag or my back pack when making short trips or outtings to the park, etc.It only took mintues to link and remembers my 3rd Gen iPad when i turn them both on. To be able to plug in any non bluetooth device also is a grt8 option, i love it.....

this unit has very good sound and volume.for over half the price of sonos or bose.which your mostly paying for the name,havent found any bluetooth device that wont sync with unit.i have a smartphone w/android and a ps vita both synced within seconds.dont let the box fool you into thinking its ipod only.this system rocks

This is an AWESOME speaker!! It's very easy to sync up with an iPad2 and the quality is unbelievable. I find myself sitting in front of the speaker, listening to music and wondering how it's possible that such a reasonably priced speaker can come up with such crisp sound. GREAT BUY!

Just pulled it out of the box and was able to sync my iPhone instantly. Bought this to use on our patio and was blown away by the great sound. I almost bought the Bose. Glad I did not. This is as good a sound for a third of the price!

Best thing i ever brought.

I brought this item for €149 and thought maybe its a lot of money for the size etc but after getting it home and charging i couldnt belive the sound that came out or how long it lasted on battery power. A fantastic set of speakers even after a month of full volume use every day. Good job Logitech.

Another Logitech Wonder

This bluetooth Boombox speaker by Logitech is absolutely great! Take it out of the box, plug it up to charge the rechargeabe batteries, while that is going on turn the unit on, hit the bluetooth discoverable button and pair it with whatever device you want. It truely takes all of about 10 minutes and that includes removing it from the box and checking the very simply instructions. The sound will knock your socks off and if the device you have paired this Boombox with has an equalizer or something similiar you can adjust it for an even more impressive sound.
DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE MISLEADING iPAD ASSOCIATION WITH THIS DEVICE. It sounds as if this Boombox will only work for Apple products which is totally incorrect. Any device you have that is bluetooth capable will work with this Boombox and that's another thing that is truely great about it. Smartphones, laptops with bluetooth, pc's with bluetooth, etc. There's more out there including things costing a whole lot more. Save your money and be amazed by Logitech's Boombox. You won't be disappointed

Excellent mobile device extension

This is a fantastic product for allowing your mobile device to blast high quality audio when it is within range.
The only major drawback I have seen is how it is not easy to have multiple devices connect to it.
I'm not sure if this is a bluetooth limitiation or not, but regardless, if you're into multiple people and their multiple devices, the re-pairing can be a hassle.
A minor drawback is that the lights are kinda bright if you're near it. I am currently using it at very close range in my office to cut down on noise pollution, so this might now matter to you.

Purchased today after returning jambox. I read lots of reviews and couldn't resist trying it out. The price was the clincher as it was on sale this week for 99.99. It is extremely loud , and with it plugged in has more oomph. You can easily carry it around as it is light. Only downside no travel bag like the s715 version. Search web and people sell bags to the s715 for under 10 bucks.

It puts the Boom in Boombox

Wow. I'm very impressed with how good this sounds. It blasts deep clean bass. I've hooked it up to my iPod, iPad, computer, and sony dash with no problems at all. The best part is it's lightweight and portable.

Admittedly I'm a big Logitech fan for their ingenuity of the products they spit out. I bought one of these and was so impressed I went back out and bought another as a gift. Soundly quality and depth was amazingly good for such a small package. Couple drawbacks which are certainly not killers. When you unplug and take advantage of the wireless part, the sound volume automatically lowers and it had less depth. Seems like you give up a bit for sake of a longer battery life. But sound is still very good unplugged. Other is switching between devices because this boombox only allows it to be linked to one device at a time. You'll have to turn off the Bluetooth of the device currently being used to link the new device. The new device will at least automatically sync when you turn the old device off. I have an android phone and an iPad so I switch between the two. Now that I have had it for a few months it's really not a big deal-just took some getting the hang of the switching process. I was so excited when I got this that I used it right out of the box and got 4-5 hours of play blasting the speakers right out of the box without "precharging". Previously had the Altec-Lansing product and replaced with this. I praised that product, but the Bluetooth of this raises the bar.

Loud, crisp, portable - get lots of compliments! I connect my ipod, my lap top, I bring it everywhere and everyone is surprised that such a great sound comes out of these speakers!! Best xmas gift EVER! Highly Recommended!!
