Phenomenal!

Date:May 31, 2013
I always wonder what people do with products they buy?! Of course, assuming they use it properly and have at least some working knowledge of the its usage. Then again some folks should avoid computer hardware all together. xD
Not sure what some are here saying about not working with Windows 7 64bit? This headset worked flawlessly out of the box with W7 64bit! In fact, am using it as a gaming headset.
Anyways, the features alone are worth every penny.

MONEY WASTED

Date:April 28, 2013
Ugh...
My dad bought this headset for me because I needed a mic and some headphones. Well i've only had this for 3 or so days and iv'e already encountered a problem, There's a stupid 60 cycle hum when I record with the mic, I've tried different programs for recording but no luck.
Dont buy this money waster, You may not have the same problem as me but your probally gonna get at least SOME sort of problem

Worked for a week.

Date:April 1, 2013
It worked for a week. The sound output then started fading and the input shortly after. I tested it on a separate machine to remove computer variable from my diagnosis. Then into the electronic recycling it went.

Great product

Date:January 10, 2013
I have been using mine for over a year now, the construction is holding up without noticeable wear, and the sound quality is good enough to hear and be heard even while gaming. The cables are long enough that I can get up and look for stuff around my room. Maybe too long, but its useful. I only wish that Logitech had a product with the same quality and similar price but wireless.

On my 4th set.

Date:January 6, 2013
I've broken so many of these headsets. The usb plug has come apart on 2 of them, one snapped at the top and the right earphone came off. The one I am currently using is starting to get loose and has broken slightly on the right earpiece. Overall I want to like this headset, but It just breaks too easily. The only reason I keep coming back is because its the cheapest USB headset at Walmart or Target. And Logitech usually does have great products. Just not this one. Pass if you need something thats gonna last. If you have it plugged into a usb jack thats postioned -- instead of | , the plug will eventually bend, and probably break. I dont understand why the hardware in the plug couldnt be placed on the cord near the volume control, instead of putting all that weight on the usb jack.

Fits the Bill

Date:December 26, 2012
Since acquiring this headset I have never had a product related problem. All the functions operated and after over a year still operate exactly as specified. Recently, I had a accident which involved a quick exit from my Game chair and a tangled Headset lead. The Jack came apart after being ripped from my PC. Amazingly, I managed to reassemble it. The headset works as well as it ever did. Poor Build Quality? I don't think so! For the Price this is fantastic piece of Kit.

Not good

Date:December 21, 2012
I first got this headset in Jan 2012 at first it worked good. Was easy to set up just plug it in. Then in march the right ear started going out. Then went out all the way. So I took it back to the store I got it and they replaced it with the same headset. This one to worked fine at first and now the same thing has happened the right ear stopped working.

Out of Box Failure

Date:December 12, 2012
I bought this on a recommendation because I am on the phone all day. I wanted the integral volume and mute controls. Neither worked, immediately out of the box. Brand new and non-functional features, I was not impressed. The sound and microphone are fine, and installation was no problem (Win7).

Works flawlessly

Date:December 1, 2012
You know I read all these reviews that have ppl complaining about how they hear a buzzing sound and the USB plug bending etc, I have this Headset and i can tell you there is no Buzzing, and what's with everyone misspelling things, also i can tell you I've had this for 1 year, and it still works as well as it did the day i bought it. Also has anyone thought about updating their sound card drivers..., i mean really c'mon, I would recommend this to anyone. Also the USB plug has never bent like everyone claims unless people are abusing it, that would be the only way it would bend or w/e.

Excellent buy.

Date:November 22, 2012
I have had this for about a year, and the headset is working perfectly. I have a game chair and I accidentally put the cable under the rocker on the chair, ran over it multiple times not knowing it was there, and it worked perfectly fine. The sound quality is good also.

Pretty Nice!

Date:October 30, 2012
So far I've had this headset for 2 years, it begins to hurt your ears after awhile, but I just take it off and put it back on real quick and it'll be fine for awhile. Though you must keep the wires near the mute button straight or the sound will begin to go out. Lastly, the microphone is good, but it doesn't have as clear voice as others that i have used.

I plugged my headset in the first time and was excited to play my favorite game. That was until I realized that there was a constant crackling sound like someone was crinkling paper in my ear. What a serious bummer. I plugged my speakers and and everything was fine. Money down the drain. I'll likely not buy this brand again in headphones. I thought they made a quality mouse and keyboard, but they have a thing or two to learn about audio products I guess.

Great durability/Bad quality

Date:October 9, 2012
Like the title says it has a great durability I've had it for over 2 years and it stills works just like the first day I got it and trust me I've done everything you can think of to it drop it sit on it step on it everything lol. But the quality of the mic isn't very good at all and picks up everything but has a loud like wind sound in the background constantly and sure the earmuffs are comfortable but they really start to make your ears hurt very bad after a few hours of use.

Broken

Date:October 5, 2012
Could just be a bad unit, but the USB portion snapped in half after only a couple months of use. I'm going to give it another go and purchase another one from wal-mart in a couple days. Hopefully it isn't as bad. I actually enjoyed this headset.

Better then the last headset

Date:September 30, 2012
Great set of headphones, I used them a lot, however I found that the cord was a bit long for my set up, tangled a lot due to this. Seven months later the headset broke, and the plastic headset started to chip apart on the left ear. I'm currently holding the headset together with a Few pieces of duct tape. Never had a problem with Mic or the Sound, and they were nice and clear.
