I first encountered the G9 when I got my laptop in 2008. I love the mouse but after about 20,000 gaming hours I wore right through the "braided Cable". As it turns out, after almost 4 years of gaming, the G9 mouse is still the best option available. So I'm unwrapping the Call of Duty version of the G9 mouse hoping it lasts 4 more years.

Great mouse, feels really good in the hand and is perfectly balanced. My only gripe would be to have a third button on the side like the G500 and have the button for hyper-scroll on top instead of the bottom, other than that this is a sweet mouse.
