Great mobile mouse!

This is by far one of the best mobile mice i have used! This mouse uses Logitech's darkfield tech and works on almost any surface including glass. This is huge for a mobile mouse because i use any surface that happens to be next to my laptop. It could be glass, wood, books, magazines or the subway chair next to me. This mouse picks up accurately on almost anything. The rang on this mouse is awesome too! I have had mice that say they go up to 20ft but as soon as it leaves the desk it fails. The Anywhere mouse mx went up to 30 feet in my tests and i would have gone further if i had more room in the building to test it. Another great feature on this mouse is the scroll wheel. Yeah it does normal scrolling for up,down,left,right, but you can also adjust the clicking. You can have it click when you scroll or you can press the wheel down and it will "change gears" if you will to a smooth roll for fast scrolling. You dont even have to press the button to change it, you can have the software change the scroll depending on how fast you move it or to what program you have open at the time! This feature is awesome and should be on every mouse! Between the all the features and quality of the product you will not regret this mouse.

Great travel mouse with lots of good features. Have used it for several months now and works great with both Mac and Windows machines. The only reason for 4 stars on Ergo is that it is a little small for me on daily long term use (I prefer the full size MX for this). But that is just me.

Best Mouse EVER!

I have been a trackball man for over a decade. This is the first mouse that makes me want to give up the trackball. I have started using this at work and it has made life there so much better. I use it to game (WOW) with and that has even improved because of the programming and the ergonomics.

Nice Mouse

Overall a very nice mouse. Tracks on glass with ease. Only issue I have is with the position of the middle mouse wheel. Can't quite say it is in the wrong position, it just doesn't seem to flow well with where your hand rests on the rest of the mouse.

The installation of this mouse was very easy, just plug and play, I used it in a mac as well as a pc. I tried several surfaces, wood, plastic, cloth, with different colors, white, red, black and work with out a problem. You need to download the driver so you can manage all the features on this mouse. About the size I felt it a little small and low weight. I was able to use the mouse even 2 foot separate it from the receptor, that was good, also the receptor was small enough which was great for taking it out on the road. This is not a rechargeable mouse, it has its independent 2A battery which for me works fine. I substitute this with rechargeable.

Nice but could be better

Ignoring price - This mouse has a good, solid feel, but sometimes a little too solid. It definitely doesn't feel cheap and flimsy, but sometimes it seems to have a little too much weight to it, being noticeably heavier to move around than my old wireless mouse. While this isn't an issue for general desktop usage, some gamers might want to go with something more agile. The feel itself is first rate for materials. The two buttons on the left side of the mouse would do better if they were a little further apart, easier to push and had a crisper feel - there is almost no response to when they have actually engaged. The scroll toggle behind the mouse wheel is rather useless to me, considering this mouse has dual scroll modes for the mosue wheel - smooth, friction-free, and old-style rachet. Aside from lay-out, this mouse could benefit from a spot to put the usb receiver for storage, which is why I say it would be good for desktop usage - for laptops, you won't have anywhere to keep it aside from the case. Leaving it plugged into your laptop is an option, but you'll want to shut off the mouse first, since the receiver seems to be always-on and will wake the laptop from sleep, even when closed. While this is a hassle, it is not a game breaker, but does detract from it for laptop use, leaving me to suggest some other option.
One last suggestion - don't underestimate the smooth scroll - this saves surprising time and makes everything seem like less effort.

I deal with a lot of hardware for the users at my work including laptops and mice. This is by far the best mouse that i have used. I like the weight of this mouse and the feel of it in your hand. I will definitely start purchasing these mice for our users.

Great buy for the money!!!!!

Using the Anywhere Mouse with my Logitech Revue Google TV just rounded off being able to enhance my entertainment and Internet surfing experience. It took 1 and a half minutes to plug in the wireless receiver into the Google TV Revue box and pop the batteries into the Anywhere Mouse. The ergonomic sleekness contouring to my hand and finger controls make it all that more easier to use.
I highly recommend the Anywhere Mouse.

By far the best wireless mouse I have ever owned!! I actually had two shipped to my house, one for me and one for a co-worker. I told him that his never arrived and kept one for my home computer and one for my work computer!!!!

Good compact mouse

I've had the mouse for about a month now and it has worked fairly well. The only drawback is when I moved the transeiver from the front of my PC to the back to free up a USB port. The mouse action became very choppy and unusable for gaming. I ended up puting it on the end of a USB extension cable and hanging it about a foot from the mouse. Now it works great. I like the feel of the mouse, though its a bit small. It's probably geared more for portability to be used for a laptop. In that case it will work great. I also would have liked to see more buttons. Overall - definately worth it.

Great mobile mouse!

Overall I am quite satisfied with this purchase.
During the day when in the office and at home I use MX Revolutions and also a few g500's sprinkled around.
I use this mouse primarily with a laptop and to that end it is exceptional.
I love the free scroll wheel and it has a nice responsiveness to it. The battery life is also exceptional, as I frequently forget to switch it off before putting it away in my laptop bag.
I have a few road warriors who we have deployed this mouse to and they haven't mentioned anything about it. This is a very good thing as they always seem to find something to complain about with the mice they are given.
The only suggestion (and it is more of an annoyance) is that the "click" to change scroll modes on the wheel itself. the click seems awkward at first and takes a bit of getting used to but that is a minor complaint.
Solid connections and it is always quick to pickup. We are using these with Dell Latitude 6400's and my personal computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad Edge. I've only used the mice with Windows 7 (both 32 and 64 bit Enterprise and Professional).

The only think I don't like about it is you have to open the battery compartment to store the dongle.

Nice solid mouse

This is a nice solid mouse, attaches easily with the micro transmitter to any USB based port and detects instantly. No drivers needed at all for Windows 7. Software suite is nice and simple, low overhead. The design in the off switch and build in transmitter storage right in the mouse makes this unit extremely portable. Even includes a nice little case!
Cant beat this mouse for portability and ease of use.

Almost Perfection!

I used to swear by a compeditors blue light mice but logitech's darkfield technology blows it away. I'm really impress with this mouse, it's easy to setup, has a nice and tiny receiver, good button placement and has a nice weight to it that feels solid, my only complaint is that it doesnt fit my large hands as well as I'd like, but it's shape and size make it a nice portable mouse, I like that the on/off switch protects the eye when turned off.

It's overall performance and quality of construction is makes this a solid product. The only set back was that is somewhat small and a "10" on the ergo scale. However, if you need a solid mouse with lots of features this would be ideal for travel.
